Steve Bannon calls George W. Bush Presidency the most “destructive” in history

     Steve Bannon http://www.independent.co.uk/topic/steve-bannon  has launched a scathing attack on George W Bush http://www.independent.co.uk/topic/george-w-bush, calling his presidency the most “destructive” in history.
     The former White House adviser made the remarks following Mr Bush’s speech in New York earlier this week http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/trump-george-bush-attack-criticism-bigotry-emboldened-president-a8009746.html, in which he denounced bigotry in Trump-era American politics and warned that the rise of “nativism” had clouded the nation’s true identity.
     Mr Bannon told the California Republican Party convention Mr Bush had embarrassed himself and did not know what he was talking about.
